ImaginableAudioLessons.com offers private online lessons and guitar courses (the “Services”), which may be purchased directly through our Website. While purchasing a course or lesson package, you agree to pay the applicable charges by using the payment methods available on the Website. When placing an order, you will be required to provide accurate personal information such as your first full name, email address, a valid method of payment and then follow the checkout procedure set out on the Website to complete your order. You are requested to carefully review all the information you enter before submitting your order and correct any errors as once your order is submitted, we will begin processing it immediately. If due to any reason we do not accept your order, we will notify you by email and refund any payment already made.
To make a purchase, you must:

- not violate any of our Terms of Service.

REFUND POLICY
All payments made for lessons, courses or other digital Services are non-refundable. By purchasing a course or lesson, you acknowledge and admit that you are receiving access to digital content, and once access is granted you will not be entitled to any refund, cancellation, or exchange. Refunds will only be allowed: a) if a duplicate payment is made, b) if technical issues on our Website prevent you from accessing the purchased Service and we cannot provide a timely resolution, c) if a payment is proven to be unauthorized or fraudulent, or d) where a refund is required by applicable consumer protection laws.
In order to request a refund under these circumstances, you must contact us within seven calendar days of purchase by emailing us at ImaginableAudio@gmail.com. Your approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your access to the Services if your payment method is declined or fraudulent activity is suspected or if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.
